Date
The date is displayed in the order "MONTH.DAY" with the miles setting, and in the order "DAY.MONTH" with the kilometers setting.

The trip computer control module (TRIP, N41) receives a synchronization pulse via the engine compartment CAN to switch the display to the next day each time the date changes on the electronic dock (A1p6) which is integrated in the instrument cluster (A1). The dock in the instrument cluster must therefore be set to the correct time to ensure that the correct date is displayed.


NOTE: The correct year must also be set to ensure that leap years are taken into account.
