Rear Center Console Power Window Switch Combination, Function

The left rear power window switch in the rear center console (S21/15s1) actuates the left rear power window motor (M10/5) and the right power window switch in the rear center console (S21/15s2) actuates the right rear power window motor (M10/6).

Switch positions and associated functions:

Middle position Non-actuated position
Press switch Manual down
Pull switch up Manual up


NOTE:
The switches are designed as polarity reversal switches. This means that the polarity of the power to the motors can be reversed (depending on running direction).
In the non-actuated state, both motor connections are switched via the switch contacts to the center console switch group (S21) so that the rear power windows can also be operated from the front.
