JOINT SHAFT ASSEMBLY [MZI 3.7 V6]

1. Assemble in the order indicated in the table










Bearing Assembly Note

1. Install the bearing using the SSTs and a press.






Dust Seal (LH) Assembly Note

1. Apply grease to a new dust seal (LH) lip.

2. Install a new dust seal (LH) using the SSTs and a press.






Joint Shaft Assembly Note

1. Assemble the joint shaft using the SST, steel plate and a press.






Dust Seal (RH) Assembly Note

1. Apply grease to a new dust seal (RH) lip.

2. Assemble a new dust seal (RH) using the SST and a press.
