Front Parking Brake Cable Removal/Installation [General [L.H.D.] Specs.]

FRONT PARKING BRAKE CABLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [General [L.H.D.] specs.]

1. Remove the following parts:
a. Upper panel Upper Panel Removal/Installation

b. Shift lever knob (MTX) Service and Repair

c. Shift panel Shift Panel Removal/Installation

d. Decoration panel (See Decoration Panel Removal/Installation.)

e. Center panel lower Center Panel Lower Removal/Installation

f. Rear console Rear Console Removal/Installation

g. Rear vent duct (2) (vehicles with rear vent)

h. Rear blower unit (vehicles with rear vent)

2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

3. Install in the reverse order of removal.

4. After installation, inspect the parking brake stroke and adjust if necessary. Testing and Inspection
