Fuel Tank One Way Valve: Testing and Inspection

NON-RETURN VALVE INSPECTION [MZR 2.5]

1. Remove the fuel-filler pipe. Service and Repair

2. Move the non-return valve that is attached to the fuel-filler pipe to make sure that it turns 90°.






- If malfunction, replace the non-return valve. Service and Repair

3. Verify that the non-return valve is not stuck open and does not open even when pulled up by a finger.

- If malfunction, replace the non-return valve. Service and Repair
