Rear Vent Actuator

REAR VENT ACTUATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [FULL-AUTO AIR CONDITIONER]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the following parts:
a. Side wall Side Wall Removal/Installation

b. Center console box Center Console Box Removal/Installation

c. Console panel Console Panel Removal/Installation

d. Center console Center Console Removal/Installation

e. Shift lever knob (MTX) Service and Repair

f. Selector lever knob (ATX) Automatic Transaxle Shift Mechanism Removal/Installation

g. Shift panel Shift Panel Removal/Installation

h. Front console Front Console Removal/Installation

i. Rear heat duct (2) Rear Heat Duct Removal/Installation

j. Dashboard bracket Dashboard Removal/Installation

3. Remove the screws.






4. Disconnect the rear vent actuator connector.

5. Remove the rear vent actuator.

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Screw Removal Note

1. Remove screw A while verifying the screw A installation position through the bracket hole.
