Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Testing and Inspection

COOLING FAN MOTOR INSPECTION [MZR 2.5]

Part Inspection

1. Verify that the battery is fully charged. Testing and Inspection

2. Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector (2 terminals).

3. Install a tester and battery to the cooling fan motor connector (2 terminals) as shown in the figure.






4. Verify that each cooling fan motor operates smoothly at the standard current.

- If there is any malfunction, replace the applicable part.

Cooling fan motor No.1, No.2 standard current
- No.1: 4.7-8.7 A [12 V]
- No.2: 7.4-11.4 A [12 V]
