Brake Shoe: Testing and Inspection

BRAKE LINING THICKNESS INSPECTION
1. Remove the brake drum.





2. Inspect the remaining thickness of the lining.

Thickness: 1.0 mm (0.04 inch) min.

3. Replace both left and right brake shoes if either is at or less than the minimum thickness.
