Post malfunction code display cancellation

CAUTION: Connecting the wrong DLC terminals may possibly cause a malfunction. Carefully connect the specified terminals only.

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.






2. Using a jumper wire, short and then open the DLC terminal SCN to body GND within 0.5-1.5 seconds three times
3. Using a jumper wire, short the DLC terminal SCN to body GND to verify that the DTCs of the past malfunction are not displayed.
- If the DTCs are still displayed, perform the past malfunction display cancellation again.

4. Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
5. Disconnect the jumper wire from the DLC.
