Variable Induction Control Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the solenoid valve.
2. Verify that air flows as shown.







Specification:

3. If not as specified, replace the VRIS solenoid valve.
4. Apply battery positive voltage to terminal A and ground terminal B of the solenoid valve. Verify that air flows as shown.

5. If not as specified, replace the VRIS solenoid valve.
