Parking Brake Shoe: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION
1. Inspect the lining for peeling, cracking, and uneven wear.





2. Measure the lining thickness.

Thickness: 1.0 mm (0.04 inch) min.

3. If the thickness is not within the specification, replace the parking brake shoes on the right and left wheels.
