High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Testing and Inspection

PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE INSPECTION

1. Install the manifold gauge set.
2. Start the engine.
3. Turn the fan switch and A/C switch on.
4. Verify the high-pressure side reading of the manifold gauge.




5. Check for leaks from the pressure relief valve by using a gas leak tester.
If not as specified, replace the cooler hose (HI)
