P Position Switch

P POSITION SWITCH INSPECTION (GF4A-EL)
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the rear console box and center panel.





3. Remove the indicator screws and lift up the
4. Disconnect the connector.








5. Check for continuity between the terminals h and k.
6. If not as specified, replace the P position switch.
7. Connect the connector.
8. Install and adjust the indicator panel.
9. Install the center panel and rear console box.
10. Connect the negative battery cable.
11. Check for correct operation of the shift-lock system.
