Carpet: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the front seat.
3. Remove the rear seat cushion.
4. Remove the dashboard.
5. Remove the B-pillar lower trim.
6. Remove the selector cable and the interlock cable if equipped with ATX.
7. Remove the SAS unit bracket.
8. Remove the set plate.
9. Remove the audio amplifier.
10. Remove the fasteners.




11. Disengage the side hooks to remove the floor covering.
12. Install in the reverse order of removal.
