With FA4A-El

1. Remove battery, air cleaner assembly and battery carrier.
2. Shift selector lever to P position, then loosen nut A, Fig. 2. Push cable in direction of arrow until it doesn't move any further.
3. Position lever so there is no load in direction of arrows, Fig. 3, and torque nut to 12 - 16 ft.lb.
4. Install battery carrier, air cleaner assembly and battery.
5. Shift selector lever from P position to L range. Ensure there is no interference from other components in area.
