Brake Shoe: Testing and Inspection

Brake Shoe Inspection (On-Vehicle)
1. Jack up the rear of the vehicle and support it with safety stands.




2. Remove the plug as shown in the figure, then inspect the thickness of the brake lining through the inspection hole.
3. Replace if below the limit.

Minimum Thickness: 1.0 mm {0.039 in}
