Resistance Test

Resistance Inspection

Note: It is not necessary to remove the fuel injectors to perform the following procedures.




1. Disconnect the fuel injector connectors.







2. Measure resistance of the fuel injectors by using an ohmmeter.

Resistance: Approx. 13.8 Ohms @ 20°C (68°F)

3. If not as specified, check continuity of the harness, and check for poor connection. If the harness is OK, replace the fuel injector.
