All 1995 Millenia
1996 Millenia with a VIN of JM1TA22**T1205297 and lower.

DESCRIPTION

When operating the dial and louver on the dash ventilator, the dial may be pushed below the surface of the ventilator and the grille may be loose. In this position, the ventilator can not be adjusted.

This concern is caused by detached or broken hooks securing the ventilator grille to the ventilator body. To prevent this concern, the production method has changed.

Customers complaining of this concern should have the ventilator repaired according to the instructions in this bulletin.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Verify the complaint.

2. Remove the ventilator from the dash.

3. Inspect the hooks on the ventilator grille.

^ If the hooks are not broken, proceed to step 4.

^ If the hooks are broken, replace the part with a new part.





4. Apply super glue (or equivalent) to the areas shown.

5. Assemble ventilator.

6. Install ventilator.
