Radiator: Service and Repair

1. On models with anti-theft audio system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system deactivation procedure.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain engine coolant into suitable container.
3. Remove righthand splash shield, then charge air cooler.
4. Remove radiator grille, then upper seal board.
5. Remove radiator reservoir.
6. Disconnect fan motor electrical connector, then remove coolant fan and condenser fan assemblies.
7. Remove radiator hose and oil cooler hose.
8. Remove radiator bracket, then radiator.
9. Reverse procedure to install. Fill radiator and radiator reservoir with suitable engine coolant as specified, then run engine and check for coolant leaks.
