Fuel Pressure Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

PRC SOLENOID VALVE




1. Remove the solenoid valve.
2. Blow through the solenoid valve from port A.
3. Verify that air flows from port B.




4. Apply battery voltage to solenoid valve terminal.
5. Blow through the solenoid valve from port A.
6. Verify that air flows from the valve air filter.
7. If not as specified, replace the solenoid valve.
