PRC Solenoid Valve

Inspection
- Disconnect the vacuum hose from the PRC solenoid valve and the vacuum pipe.
- Blow through the PRC solenoid valve from port "A".





- Verify that air flows from port "B".
- Disconnect the PRC solenoid valve connector.
- Connect battery positive voltage and a ground to the terminals of the PRC solenoid valve.
- Blow through the PRC solenoid valve from the port "A".





- Verify that air flows from the valve air filter.
- If not as specified, replace the PRC solenoid valve.
