Rollover Valve: Testing and Inspection

NOTE: Test must be performed with valve held horizontally. If not, ball in valve will move out of position and close passage.

1. Remove valve. Connect pressure gauge to passage connected to fuel tank.
2. Blow through valve from port A and verify that it opens at 0.93 - 1.208 psi (6.38 - 8.33 kPa).
3. Switch pressure gauge connection to the passage to atmosphere.
4. Blow through valve from port B and verify that it opens at 0.15 - 0.71 psi (0.99 - 4.90 kPa).
