PURPOSERegulates the amount of air allowed into the engine depending on the demand for power.
LOCATION
Front end of intake manifold.
OPERATION
The throttle body consists of a single throttle valve in the housing. Linkage and a cable connect throttle valve to the accelerator pedal.
