Volume Test

Injector Volume Test:

WARNING: Be extremely careful when working with fuel. Keep sparks and open flames away.

1. Remove air valve.
2. Firmly fix injectors to delivery pipe as shown.
3. Unplug injector connectors.
4. Remove fuel distributor and injectors with fuel hoses connected.
5. Connect SST or equivalent to battery and each injector in turn.
6. Check volume with a graduated container. It should be 1.8 - 2.3 fl oz (59 - 76 ml) / 15 seconds.
7. If not as specified, replace injector(s).
