Vacuum Reservoir: Service and Repair

Variable Resonance Induction System Control Devices:

REMOVAL
Remove components according to sequence listed. Use image as an additional reference.
1. Variable resonance induction system (VRIS) solenoid valve No.1
2. VRIS solenoid valve No.2
3. VRIS shutter valve actuators No.s 1 & 2
4. Intake manifold assembly. Refer to intake manifold.
5. Vacuum chambers
6. Check valve

INSTALLATION
Install components in reverse order of removal and torque vacuum chamber mounting bolts to specification.

Torque: 7.9 - 10.7 Nm (69 - 95 in.lb.)
