Volume Test

WARNING: Fuel vapor is hazardous. It can very easily ignite, causing serious injury and damage. Always keep sparks and flames away from fuel.

Injector Volume Test:

1. Remove injector/fuel distributor assembly.
2. Connect special service tool (SST) or equivalent as shown.

Rotate Dial To Select Injector:

3. Measure injection volume of each injector with a graduated container.

Injection volume: 32 - 40 cc (1.95 - 2.44 cu.in.) / 15 seconds.

4. If not as specified, replace injector(s).
