Throttle Cable/Linkage: Testing and Inspection

1. Check accelerator cable and accelerator pedal for smooth operation.
2. Be sure cable is routed properly with no sharp bends or kinks.
3. Check for frayed cable at both ends. Replace cable if frayed, kinked, or sticking.
