Leakage Test

Injector Leakage Check:

WARNING: Be extremely careful when working with fuel. Keep sparks and open flames away.

1. Remove fuel distributor assembly from intake manifold.
2. Connect fuel hoses.
3. Connect data link connector terminals F/P and GND with jumper wire.
4. Turn ignition ON and check injectors for leakage. It should be less than 1 drop in 2 minutes.
5. If not as specified, remove leaking injector(s) and check O-rings and fuel distributor for damage. Replace as needed.
6. Install removed injector.
7. Turn ignition ON and check for leaks.
8. If still leaking, replace injector.
