Shift Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

Inspection





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the resonance chamber, fresh air duct and air cleaner assembly.
3. Disconnect the solenoid valve connector.
4. Measure resistance between terminals A through G and a ground.





5. If not correct, check the wiring harness or replace the solenoid valve(s), if necessary.
6. Connect the solenoid valve connector.
7. Install the resonance chamber, fresh air duct and air cleaner assembly.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
