Possible cause
^ Damaged speedometer
^ Damaged vehicle speedometer sensor
^ Open or short circuit in wiring harness
^ Poor connection of connector

Step 1
1. Remove the instrument cluster.

Voltmeter Connection:

2. Measure the voltage between terminals 1B (R/B) and 1F (GY/L) of the instrument cluster connector while turning the front wheels slowly.

Step 2
1. Remove the vehicle speedometer sensor.

Voltmeter Connection:

Action Chart:

2. Measure the voltage between terminals A and B of the vehicle speedometer sensor while rotating the driven gear.
