Releasing Fuel Pressure / Gauge Installation:






WARNING: Fuel vapor is hazardous. It can easily ignite, causing serious injury and damage. Always keep sparks and flames away from fuel.
Fuel line spills and leaks are dangerous. Fuel can ignite and cause serious injuries, property damage, and death. Fuel can also irritate skin and eyes.
Fuel in the system remains under high pressure when the engine is not running.

1. Start engine.
2. Unplug fuel pump relay.
3. After engine stalls, turn ignition OFF and reinstall relay.
4. When disconnecting a fuel line, wrap a rag around it to catch fuel. Plug hose after removal.
5. Use a suitable fuel pressure gauge connected in-line as shown. To prevent leakage, use hose clamps to secure gauge.
