Throttle Cable/Linkage: Adjustments

Accelerator Cable Adjustment:

1. Warm engine to operating temperature.
2. Depress accelerator pedal to floor and check that throttle valve is fully opened.
3. Check cable play between bracket and attachment to throttle linkage:

0.04 - 0.12 in (1 - 3 mm)

4. If not as specified, loosen nuts at A and make needed adjustment.
