Fuel Pressure Pulsation Damper: Testing and Inspection

There is no specific test for this device, however, if vibration from the fuel pump can be felt in the hoses going both to and from the damper, it should probably be replaced. It is normal to feel some vibration from the pump, in the hose between the pulsation damper and the fuel filter.
