Intake Air Plenum: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system, then remove intercooler assembly.
2. Disconnect oil filler pipe, accelerator cable and cruise control cable, if equipped, from throttle chamber.
3. Disconnect metering oil pump connecting rod, electrical connectors, vacuum tubes and water hoses from throttle chamber.
4. Remove attaching nuts and bolts, then the throttle chamber and dynamic chamber as an assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
