Fuel Injector: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. On non-turbocharged models, remove dynamic chamber and intake pipe.
3. On turbocharged models, remove intercooler, throttle chamber and dynamic chamber. Disconnect fuel and vacuum hoses.
4. Disconnect electrical connector at each injector.
5. Remove delivery pipes, then the injectors.
6. Reverse procedure to install, using new O-rings. Check for fuel leaks under pressure before installing the dynamic chamber and intake pipe. Refer to ``Component Testing.''
