Throttle Body: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain engine coolant.
3. Remove air funnel.
4. Remove accelerator cable.
5. Disconnect the throttle sensor connector.
6. Disconnect vacuum hoses from upper ports of throttle body.
7. Disconnect water hoses and the bypass air hose.
8. Remove throttle body and gasket.
9. Disconnect vacuum hoses.
10. Reverse procedure to install, then add engine coolant and adjust throttle sensor setting and the idle speed.
