Fig. 33 Testing No. 1 purge control valve.:

1. Blow through purge control valve from port A, Fig. 33, and ensure air does not flow in.
2. Connect suitable vacuum pump to valve and apply vacuum of at least 4.33 inches Hg.
3. Blow through port A and ensure air flows in.
