Accelerator Pedal: Service and Repair

ACCELERATOR PEDAL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - 2.5L









NOTE:The accelerator pedal and sensor assembly on the 2.5L and 3.0L are similar in appearance to the 2.5L Hybrid, but are not interchangeable.
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. See - Service and Repair.

2. Remove the 3 self-tapping screws and the accelerator pedal and sensor assembly.

- To install, tighten to 5 Nm {0.5 kgf-m, 44 in-lbf}.

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
