Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER OUTLET PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - 3.0L

1. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube-to-air cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe quick connecting coupling. See - Quick Release Coupling - Double Locking.

2. Loosen the 2 clamps and remove the ACL outlet pipe.

- To install, tighten to 4 Nm {0.4 kgf-m, 35 in-lbf}.

NOTE:The ACL outlet pipe should be securely sealed to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
