Accessory Drive Belt Removal/Installation

ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - 3.0L

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See Lifting.

2. Remove the pin-type retainer, 5 bolts and the RH lower splash shield.

- To install, tighten to 9 Nm {0.9 kgf-m, 80 in-lbf}.

3. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.





4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:Refer to the illustration for correct belt routing.
