Pinpoint Test 1: Clutch Slippage

PINPOINT TEST 1: CLUTCH SLIPPAGE

Normal Operation

Clutch pedal movement is transmitted by fluid pressure to the slave cylinder, which in turn moves the clutch diaphragm spring, disengaging the transaxle input shaft from the engine flywheel. The clutch master cylinder uses brake fluid and shares a common reservoir with the brake master cylinder.

Possible Causes
- Clutch pedal
- Clutch pedal pivot
