CLUTCH BLEED PROCEDURE-BENCH





Caution:
^ Brake fluid is harmful to painted or plastic surfaces. If the brake fluid is spilled onto a painted or plastic surface, wash it immediately with water.

1. Position the clutch master cylinder with the reservoir above the clutch master cylinder and the quick connect fitting below the clutch master cylinder.
2. Depress the internal mechanism of the male quick connect coupler to open the valve.
3. Stroke and hold the master cylinder push rod.
(1) Release the male quick connect coupler valve.
(2) Release the master cylinder push rod.
4. Fill the clutch master cylinder reservoir.
(1) Repeat steps 2 and 3 four times.
