Accelerator Pedal: Service and Repair

ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND SHAFT




1. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever and bracket.
2. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.




3. Remove the bolt, the nuts and the engine appearance cover.




4. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.
1. Rotate the throttle lever.
2. Slide the accelerator cable end out of the throttle lever.




5. Remove the accelerator pedal and shaft assembly.
1. Disconnect the accelerator cable.
2. Remove the bolts.
