EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EGR VALVE TUBE REMOVAL / INSTALLATION




1. Loosen the tube nut from the bottom of the EGR valve.




2. Remove the nut at the exhaust manifold.




3. Remove the two pressure feedback lines from the line fittings and remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube from the vehicle.
4. Install in reverse order of removal.
