Mass Air Flow/Intake Air Temperature (MAF/IAT) Sensor

MASS AIR FLOW/INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (MAF/IAT) SENSOR REMOVAL / INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Sensing elements located in the air flow bypass are not to be tampered with.

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the connector.
3. Remove the engine air outlet tube.




4. Remove the four bolts.
5. Remove the MAF sensor.
6. Install in reverse order of removal.

Tightening torque
4 - 5 N.m { 41 - 51 kgf.cm, 36 - 44 in.lbf }
