POWER STEERING HOSE REMOVAL/INSTALLATIONRemoval
1. For hose routing and retention points, refer to Steering Gear; Diagrams; Exploded Views; Mounting View.
Installation
1. When connecting a fitting with a seal ring, the ring must be replaced.
1) Use Seal Replacer Set 211-D027 (D90P3517-A) or equivalent to install the return line connector seal and the pressure line connector seal.
Tightening torque 48 Nm (4.9 kgf.m, 35 ft. lbs.)
2. Fill and leak check the system.
