Air Door: Service and Repair

AIR INLET DUCT DOOR




1. Remove the plenum chamber.
2. Remove the screws from the air inlet duct door vacuum control motor and disconnect the vacuum hose.

Tightening Torque: 2 - N.m { 20 - 30 kgf.cm, 18 - 26 in.lbf }.

3. Rotate the vacuum control motor up, disengage the lever and remove the vacuum control motor.
4. Remove the screws and remove the air inlet duct cover.

Tightening Torque: 2 - 3 N.m { 20 - 30 kgf.cm, 18 - 26 in.lbf }.

5. Remove the pin and remove the air inlet duct door.
1. Lubricate all hoses and fittings.

6. Install in reverse order of removal.
