Oil Separator: Service and Repair

1. Remove the lower intake manifold.




2. Pull upward to remove the PCV valve from the crankcase vent oil separator.




3. Remove the bolts and crankcase vent oil separator.

NOTE: Use a new oil separator-to-cylinder block gasket when installing the crankcase vent oil separator.

4. Install in reverse order of removal.
