PISTON AND CONNECTING ROD DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY

Disassembly Note





1. Remove the upper compression ring.





2. Remove the lower compression ring.





3. Remove the oil control rings.





4. Using an arbor press and the Piston Pin Remover/Replacer T66P-61 35-A or equivalent, remove the piston pin.

Assembly Note





1. Assemble in reverse order of disassembly.
