Intake Air Plenum: Service and Repair

1. Remove the instrument pane.
2. Drain the radiator; refer to COOLING SYSTEM.
3. Disconnect the heater hoses from the heater/evaporator core.
4. Remove the heater/evaporator core housing.
5. Remove the nuts.

Tightening torque
3.4 - 4.8 Nm { 35 - 49 kgf.cm, 31 - 42 in.lbf }.

6. Remove the plenum chamber.
7. Install in reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate all hoses and fittings.
